JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Officer provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning for ProJets.
This role focuses on assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining office records, handling communications, and providing support to various departments under the guidance of the HR & Admin Manager.
The Administrative Officer will play a key role in supporting HR and Administrative functions to promote a productive and organized office environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Assist in general office management tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives as instructed.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries as needed.
Monitor office supplies and assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking as required.
Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and setting up new employee workstations.
Provide support to the HR & Admin Manager in managing employee records, attendance, and other HR-related tasks.
The candidate should be capable of typing Dhivehi documents, such as letters and agreements, when required.
