Position: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Key duties:
- Coordinating maintenance requirements of the leased properties & responding to queries from potential clients.
- Coordinating maintenance of company outlets.
- Marketing vacant apartments, intermediating negotiations and ensure full occupancy in all properties.
- Keeping all related administrative works updated.
- Following up and completing collection by 5th of the month.
- To establish strong channels of communication with all tenants and clients.
- Managing hotline, finding and following up on leads that are real estate related.
- Assisting with the development of real estate sector.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum GCE O/L completed with 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- STRONG communication skills with ability to finding and negotiating on leads.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Result Oriented, Team player with a “driven to succeed” attitude.
- Must be Computer literate & flexible to work under pressure and long hours
Remuneration: Starting salary: MVR 8,500 .
