Position: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT       

Key duties:

  • Coordinating maintenance requirements of the leased properties & responding to queries from potential clients.
  • Coordinating maintenance of company outlets.
  • Marketing vacant apartments, intermediating negotiations and ensure full occupancy in all properties.
  • Keeping all related administrative works updated.
  • Following up and completing collection by 5th of the month.
  • To establish strong channels of communication with all tenants and clients.
  • Managing hotline, finding and following up on leads that are real estate related.
  • Assisting with the development of real estate sector.

 Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum GCE O/L completed with 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • STRONG communication skills with ability to finding and negotiating on leads.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Result Oriented, Team player with a “driven to succeed” attitude.
  • Must be Computer literate & flexible to work under pressure and long hours

Remuneration:             Starting salary: MVR 8,500 .
