Role Overview:

The Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily administrative functions of the company. You will be responsible for coordinating office activities, handling internal documentation, assisting multiple departments, and ensuring the smooth flow of information across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and department heads.
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, and correspondence.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and internal reporting.
  • Support HR with onboarding documentation and filing staff records.
  • Help ensure smooth office operations by monitoring supplies, and deliveries.
  • Ensure all administrative processes follow company protocols and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum GCE O’level completed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dhivehi.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
