Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall accounting operations.

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Process and record payments (suppliers, expenses, etc.)
• Perform QuickBooks (QB) entries accurately and on a timely basis
• Handle general data entry related to accounting records
• Carry out bank and account reconciliations
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports
• Support audits and internal checks when required

 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts
• Experience in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Remuneration: MVR 9252 + Allowances per month .
