Main Roles

    • Create payment vouchers and update voucher register
    • Update and maintain Petty Cash registers
    • Update and maintain Cash and Bank registers
    • Update and maintain Fixed Assets register
    • Update and maintain Accounts Receivables
    • Update and maintain Accounts Payables
    • Verify sales reports and maintain its records
    • Prepare bank deposits and maintain its records
    • Update General Ledger in QuickBooks Online
    • Assist Finance Manager to plan annual and monthly cashflows
    • Assist Finance Manager to prepare annual and monthly budgets
    • Assist Finance Manager to Update QuickBooks as needed
    • Perform other administrative activities of the finance department 

General Requirements

    • Good understanding of double entry bookkeeping systems
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
    • Good analytical skills  

Experience Advantages

    • Previous work experience in accounting field
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks Online
    • Knowledge of POS systems 

Compensation

    • An attractive compensation package between MVR 8,000 to 10,000 depending on the qualification and experience
    • Other benefits as per Company policy
