Job Description:
Kaenso is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Workshop Operations Coordinator. This role involves managing incoming fabrication jobs, ensuring customer satisfaction by notifying them upon job completion, handling procurement, and purchasing parts required for job completion. The Workshop Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming fabrication job requests and ensure timely updates to customers.
• Contact customers promptly when their jobs are completed.
• Oversee procurement and purchase parts needed to complete jobs.
• Maintain smooth workshop operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in reading and writing in English.
• A keen interest in learning and adapting to the job.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Interview Process:

• Candidates will undergo a skills test during the interview process.

Salary:

• MVR 13,000 – MVR 15,000, based on experience and qualifications.
