Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records as per the applicable financial reporting standards and the Firm's policies;
Prepare and issue invoices timely and ensure effective cash and credit control;
Monitor all overdue accounts and take necessary action to ensure that payments for invoices are collected in accordance with the firm’s credit policies;
Process invoices for payments from suppliers and other vendors as per the firm’s SOPs;
Prepare and submit statutory tax filings such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, Employee Withholding Tax (EWT) returns, Non-resident Withholding Tax (NWT) returns, and Income Tax Returns and ensure all necessary tax reporting obligations are met on time;
Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts;
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records on a regular basis, as per Firm's SOPs;
Coordinate with external auditors in finalizing the financial audit of the company;
Advise the firm’s clients on their obligations under the tax laws.
Carry out tax filing for the firm’s clients;
Advise the Firm’s clients on their obligations under the tax laws.
Carry out tax computations and reviews for clients.
Tax filing on behalf of clients and managing tax audits of clients.
Assist in developing materials and content for seminars and training conducted by the Firm.
Coordinate seminars and trainings and participate as a trainer in trainings conducted by the Firm.
