Job Description

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising construction or project site activities.
• Ability to oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed on schedule and according to required quality standards.
• Strong resource management skills, including efficient allocation and monitoring of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues, contractors, Project Managers.
• Good organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate project records, timelines and progress reports.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise project team members effectively.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and ability to maintain site cleanliness and safety compliance at all times.
