Job Description

A formal college degree is not required—your skills, experience, and willingness to learn with a growth mindset matter most. We are looking for people with following knowledge, skills and abilities: 

  • Plan external audits.
  • Complete audit procedures by executing audit program.
  • Complete audit working papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings.
  • Reviewing of work done by Junior Associates.

Qualifications

 

A formal college degree is not required—your skills, experience, and willingness to learn with a growth mindset matter most. We are looking for people with following knowledge, skills and abilities: 

  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies based on ISA.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS. 
  • Ability to review and assess financial records/ accounting systems and identify and evaluate audit risks. 
  • Strong skills in identifying issues, proposing solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ability to review complex financial data without overlooking critical details.
  • Ability to manage audit engagements independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Dhivehi. 
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to guide junior staff and work cohesively with the audit team and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and embrace continuous learning and change.
  • High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

 

Additional Information

  • Salary – Negotiable
