Job Description

We are looking for a qualified individual to lead our accounts department.

No. of Positions: 01

Required Qualification: ACCA level 2 or Accounting and Finance degree with minimum 2 years work experience (experience in catering and hospitality industry would be an added advantage)

Main Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Oversee company’s financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial close processes.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, handle tax filings and documentation.
Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
Provide financial insights and recommendations for improving processes and financial performance.

Knowledge & Skill Requirement

Knowledge of Accounting principles and
Management of financial resources
Analytical and critical thinking
Knowledge of practices and procedures needed for Purchasing and Material Management
Familiarity with tax laws and compliance requirements
Knowledge of Administration and People Management would be an added advantage
