Main Responsibilities:
Interact with customers in a positive and confident manner to achieve given objectives
Assist Customers in relation to customer queries by using phone conversations and face to face discussions
Accepting and handling cash from products according to contract
Completion of sales and assigned tasks on day-to-day basis
Identify and asses the customer needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using right methods
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Follow up and update customers on requests and issues raised by customers
Provisioning of services where required by the campaign
Work as a team player and foster team spirit among work colleagues
Provide assistance to other team members as and when required
Minimum Requirements:
- GCE O' Level 3 passes OR MNQF level 3 certificate in a related field
- Previous Experience in a related field will be an advantage
- Fluent in spoken & writing Dhivehi & English
- Adequate knowledge of customer service principles and practices
