Position: Sales & Operations Officer
Location: Spectra Showroom - Male

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Sales & Operations Officer to join our team at our Interior Showroom based in Male.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day sales operations within the showroom and assist senior Manager Sales & Marketing on daily operations matters.
Provide excellent customer service and assist clients in choosing the best interior solutions for their needs.
Ensure showroom displays are well-maintained and showcase the products effectively.
Work closely with customers, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.
Manage inventory and coordinate deliveries when necessary.

Requirements:

Must be a local candidate fluent in Dhivehi & English (ability to speak and write).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
Prior experience in sales or operations management, preferably in an interior showroom or similar industry will be added advantage.
Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required, especially during installation periods.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
