Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Officer, you will be the face of our showroom, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor while driving local sales growth. Your core duties will include:

Customer Engagement: Greet visitors warmly, identify their unique needs, and provide knowledgeable, consultative assistance regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
Sales & Consultations: Expertly guide customers through the buying process, actively upsell complementary products, and accurately process transactions or custom orders.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure all merchandise displays are clean, organized, properly tagged, and visually aligned with our premium brand standards.
Administrative Support: Promptly manage incoming calls and emails, update inventory records, follow up on customer quotes, and coordinate delivery schedules.
Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up with leads and maintain clean customer records to foster long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills

We are seeking a confident and professional individual who meets the following criteria:

Nationality: Maldivian.
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (this will be considered an added advantage).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both Dhivehi and English.
Visual Savvy: A keen eye for detail, merchandising, and maintaining clean visual aesthetics across the showroom floor.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and the MS Office suite.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally move or adjust display items to keep the layout fresh.
