Algorithmics Maldives is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our student enrolment and strengthen our presence in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Algorithmics Maldives and its courses across social media platforms.
Respond to enquiries and convert leads into student enrolments.
Meet with parents to present our programmes and recommend suitable courses.
Build relationships with schools, organisations, and community groups to create partnership opportunities.
Organise and coordinate school visits, promotional events, workshops, and sales activities.
Develop and implement creative marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new students.
Actively identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and community engagement.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrolments.
Submit a daily report outlining completed tasks, lead status, meetings, and sales progress.
Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly enrolment targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in sales, presentations, and customer engagement.
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or education is an advantage.
Strong social media marketing and content creation skills.
Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to generating new business.
