Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Floral Design Executive

Location : Male'
Salary : Negotiable based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

About Us

We are a creative floral and event decoration business specializing in artificial flowers, custom bouquets, wedding decorations, event styling, and decorative items. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in selecting artificial flowers, decorative items, and floral arrangements.
* Design and create custom bouquets and floral arrangements according to customer requirements.
* Provide creative ideas and recommendations for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and other special occasions.
* Coordinate and assist with event decoration setup and dismantling.
* Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries and orders.
* Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is well-presented.
* Manage customer orders, deliveries, and event schedules.
* Promote products and services through social media platforms, including creating content, posting updates, and engaging with customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
* Assist with inventory management, stock monitoring, and ordering supplies when required.
* Support marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.

Requirements

* Experience in sales, floral design, event decoration, or a related field is preferred.
* Ability to create bouquets and floral arrangements independently.
* Strong creativity and an eye for design, color coordination, and aesthetics.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Friendly, energetic, and professional personality.
* Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during events and peak seasons.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in wedding and event decoration.
* Photography or graphic design skills for social media content creation.
* Knowledge of current floral, wedding, and event decoration trends.
* Valid driving license (an advantage).
