Job Role
• Manage and maintain an existing portfolio of customers through regular follow-ups and sales calls.
• Secure new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.
• Handle customer inquiries, reservations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Track sales pipeline and report progress to management.
Requirements:
• Ordinary Level or equivalent educational qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field
• Excellent command of English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and excellent e-mail writing skills.
