Job Requirements:

  • Maintain store presentation and ensure displays are clean, well-organized, and aligned with brand standards.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer queries or concerns professionally.

  • Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and product features.

  • Handle peak hours and high-pressure situations with composure and efficiency.

  • Support inventory checks, restocking, and daily store operations as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a sense of responsibility and teamwork.

  • Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

  • Willingness to learn about product knowledge and brand values.

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
