Job Description
Lead and oversee the restaurant operations at assigned outlets under Symphony Maldives.
Implement the F&B strategy to boost customer satisfaction, brand positioning, and profitability.
Monitor daily performance of restaurants and lead the team to ensure service excellence.
Develop and maintain strong food and beverage standards and quality measures to enhance the experience across all outlets.
Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant and kitchen team, promoting a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Review Standard, satisfaction scores, and market trends, and implement & Training plans to continuously improve the dining experience and deliver the training accordingly.
