Job Purpose:
Oversee and coordinate on-site project activities, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
- Monitor progress and report to management.
- Ensure safety standards and quality checks.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain records and prepare reports.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years’ experience in project supervision/site management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tools.
