Job Purpose:
Oversee and coordinate on-site project activities, ensuring timely completion, quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce.
• Monitor progress and report to management.
• Ensure safety standards and quality checks.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain records and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years’ experience in project supervision/site management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tools.
