Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare project progress reports and updates for Management.
- Supervise and guide project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Salary & Benefits
