Job Title	Product Development Officer
Office	Lonumedhu Magazine
Remuneration	8,000- 10,000
Job responsibilities	Weekly Work Allocation Management: ●        Plan and allocate weekly tasks and assignments for editorial staff and contributors. ●        Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met for article submissions, recipe development, and other content. Calendar Management: ●        Create and maintain a monthly editorial calendar, including themes, featured recipes, and publication schedules. ●        Coordinate with contributors, photographers, and designers to align content production with the editorial calendar. Content Optimization: ●        Monitor website traffic and audience engagement metrics to identify trends and popular topics. ●        Make adjustments to content strategies and editorial plans based on analytics and reader feedback. Recipe Testing: ●     Proper execution of recipe testing in the Test Kitchen to maintain recipe accuracy and quality standards. ●     Refine recipes and ensure they meet editorial guidelines and reader expectations. Tracking cost: ●     Tracking costs and analyzing financial data ●     Effectively manage expenses and optimize resources Leave Management: ●     Effectively manage leaves to ensure that the work continues to operate smoothly even during staff absences. Preparing reports: ●     Creating a comprehensive report for advertisers about website traffic, advertisement banner views, and sponsored recipe status.
Qualification	A’ level with minimum 1 year experience in a Culinary or related field   OR   O’ level with 2-3 years’ experience in a Culinary or related field.
Documents to Submit	Educational certificates with transcript; Courses completed from a foreign university must be accredited by Maldives Qualification authority. Candidates who are yet to receive certificate from such universities can submit a course completion letter with an assessment report issued by Maldives Qualifications Authority Attested experience certificates Short courses or training certificates CV ID card Police report
Shortlisting	If the job announcement receives more than 10 applicants, candidates will be shortlisted and only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
Selection Criteria	Based on interviews, practical examinations, Experience and Educational certificates
Skills and key competencies	Creative and innovative thinking Excellent verbal and written communications in Dhivehi and English Knowledge in photography Research skills Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) Keen attention to detail Knowledge of Food Trends and Cultures Interest in cooking
