Key Responsibilities

  • Handle telephone calls and email correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for Senior Management.
  • Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Senior Management Team.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional administrative duties assigned by Senior Management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • O Level qualification with a minimum Grade B in English or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dhivehi, including typing in both languages.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and willing to work beyond regular office hours when required.
  • Minimum age requirement: Over 25 years.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary : MVR 18,000 (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
  • Other benefits as per company policies.
