Key Responsibilities

• Perform masonry works including bricklaying, block work, plastering, concrete finishing, tiling, and other related construction activities.
• Prepare and mix construction materials such as cement, mortar, and concrete according to project requirements.
• Ensure all masonry works are completed according to quality standards and project schedules.
• Operate and maintain masonry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify and report any construction defects, material shortages, or safety concerns to the Site Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow company policies, site procedures, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Assist with other construction-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Mason in construction projects.
• Good knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications will be an added advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: MVR 6,000 (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)

• Other benefits as per company policies.
