JOGO Media is a football-focused marketing and creative agency operating at the intersection of football, content, and luxury hospitality.

We work with hospitality brands, sports entities, and lifestyle businesses to deliver strategic marketing, content, and brand campaigns. Alongside this, we collaborate with professional footballers, agencies, and global media platforms to create unique partnerships and commercial opportunities.

As we continue to grow, our focus is on building a full-service marketing capability — supporting clients with content, campaigns, and long-term brand positioning, while also developing our own projects within football and hospitality.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Executive based in Malé.

This role is focused on managing client accounts and supporting day-to-day marketing execution across multiple projects. You will work closely with the founder on ongoing campaigns, ensuring that deliverables are executed smoothly and clients are supported consistently.

The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking for hands-on experience in managing real client work, with exposure to both marketing execution and account management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support day-to-day client accounts across hospitality and sports-related projects
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of work
  • Oversee content planning, posting schedules, and campaign execution
  • Manage JOGO Media’s and client social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Support content creation, including basic video editing and coordination of shoots
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and brand collaborations
  • Work closely with partners, creators, and external teams to deliver campaigns
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and client communication
  • Assist with research, presentations, and reporting when required

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in marketing, football, or hospitality
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools preferred)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and external partners
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
