Job Description
Building manager will oversee the daily operations of commercial properties of Villa. Building Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of building tenants, coordinating and managing maintenance and repair activities, and liaising with vendors to ensure smooth daily building operations.
Building manager, should have excellent organizational and project management skills and ensure assigned properties follow applicable regulations and building codes. Building manager should be able to respond to and resolve any issues reported by tenants efficiently.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.
- Managing and directing cleaning activities and ensure regular cleaning.
- Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures.
- Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
- Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets.
- Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers.
- Conducting regular building inspections of walls, ceilings, hydraulics, plumbing, ACs and ensure fixing of issues and preparing reports.
- Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
- Responding to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Required Qualifications:
- maina2-5 years’ experience in the
- Health Certificate.
- Good command in English (verbal & written).
- Working knowledge of mathematics.
- PC and basic software knowledge.
- Relevant knowledge of HRM.
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
- Other operations department management and labor related experience preferred.
