Job Title: LED Technician & Maintenance Specialist

Vacancy: 01 Position.

Tech Waves Pvt. Ltd. is an esteemed LED Specialist company in the Maldives that offers a diverse range of LED solutions to an ever-growing client base. The organization takes pride in delivering bespoke and strategically sound concepts to clients, with a team of exceptional professionals dedicated to providing unparalleled service. They also offer technical consultation services and supply and setup products for any LED display, including outdoor advertising, custom stage and event displays.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LED Technician & Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting LED lighting systems for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• To rig, set-up, operate and de-rig a wide range of specialist audio, video & LED screens, and LED processors associated products along with other related AV products.
• To undertake and oversee the pre-production and preparation of equipment for an event.
• To provide on-site technical support where required.
• Install, repair, and maintain LED lighting systems in various commercial and industrial settings.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of LED fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their lighting needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in LED technology.

Requirements & Skills:

• High School Diploma or Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science is an added advantage.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
• The ability to handle basic hand tools (screwdriver, wrenches, etc.)
• Dedicated to constant improvement and attention to detail.
• Demonstrable leadership and professionalism skills.
• The LED Technicians are expected to have extensive travel as required for Events.
• Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Work week schedule Sunday through Saturday and on show sites as needed.
