(HREL) We are looking for self-motivated individual to join our corporate office as Human Resources Executive.
The key tasks and responsibilities include:
Manage sourcing and recruitment
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Prepare job description for new hires employees and promoted employees.
Conduct orientation for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Maintain HR database, employee records and files.
complete statistics, termination, hire and transfer data and other information.
Carry out the development and administration of human resources policies and programs.
Cordinate in conducting and monitoring performance performance appraisal process.
Cordinate in conducting and monitoring training of employees.
Administer compensation, benefits and recreation programs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum MQA level 5/6 qualification in relevant field with 2 years experience.
Overall knowlwdgw in HR Functions including sourcing and recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits management.
Super time management and punctuality.
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
