Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Identifying staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. 
  • Employee Onboarding and Development:
    • Designing and implementing employee onboarding processes, providing training and development opportunities, and managing career progression plans. 
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administering salary structures, managing benefits packages, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and conducting salary reviews. 
  • Performance Management:
    • Establishing performance metrics, conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and addressing performance issues. 
  • Employee Relations:
    • Addressing employee concerns, mediating disputes, investigating complaints, and promoting a positive work environment. 
  • Compliance and Legal Matters:
    • Ensuring adherence to employment laws, managing employee records, and handling disciplinary actions. 
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborating with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning and succession planning. 
  • Talent Management:
    • Identifying high-potential employees, fostering employee engagement, and implementing retention strategies. 

 

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in hospitality industry
    • Must be a local candidate
  • This position is based at a resort.
