Job Description
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR and Administrative functions and duties;
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including publish job postings, interviews and onboarding;
  • Handling the expatriate Work Permits, VISA and other documents renewal;
  • Develop training and onboarding material;
  • Prepare and maintain physical and digital employee personnel records;
  • Preparation of payroll and coordinate with Accounts Team for disbursements;
  • Maintaining employee attendance, leave record
  • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies;
  • Administering HR plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with Labor Laws;
  • Handling staff complaints and grievance according to procedures;
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department;
  • Schedule other relevant tasks as assigned by the Human Resources Manager as needed

Qualifications:

  • Higher education qualification in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of Labor Legislatures and processes
  • Organizational skills
