Job Summary:
The Reservation Agent handles all incoming reservation requests via phone,email, and online channels. They serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure booking accuracy while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process room reservations, modifications, and cancellations
· Respond to reservation inquiries from guests and travel agents
· Provide information on room types, rates, and hotel amenities
· Upsell rooms and promote special packages
· Confirm reservations and send pre-arrival documentation
· Maintain guest profiles and preferences
· Coordinate with Front Desk team for guest arrivals
· Handle reservation-related complaints

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Proficiency with Property Management Systems
· Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
