The Graphics Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that enhance the company’s brand identity across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with the marketing coordinator to develop digital and print content that aligns with business objectives and engages target audiences. The Graphics Designer will work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure consistency in design and messaging.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop visually engaging graphics for a variety of event-related materials, including invitations, banners, flyers, brochures, social media posts, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative content for campaigns.
  • Ensure that all design materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Modify and update existing designs based on feedback, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of materials.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and up-to-date content.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials for events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with external vendors (e.g., printers) to ensure that printed materials meet the highest standards of quality.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the event is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail and composition.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred
