ވަޒީފާގެ ތަފްޞީލު

Purpose: The lecturer is primarily responsible for the delivery and assessment of assigned modules and will be actively coordinating accounting programs of the college. Lecturer will also be expected to play a very active role in the academic direction of modules and programs including teaching, learning, assessment and administration.

Scope of Work:

Coordinate & deliver Accounting and Finance related modules
Work proactively in improving existing programs
Contribute to the design and development of new courses and programs.
Carry out assessment, monitoring and evaluation of examination and coursework & providing an academic guidance and consultative support to students
Be committed to educational quality in deliverance and improvements.

Person Specification:

Overall, the successful candidates will be expected to make a significant contribution to the teaching profile of the College and should:

Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher or professional Accounting Qualifications.
Be highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Have minimum 2 years work experience as a Lecturer in the field of Accounting/Finance.
Experience in teaching ACCA modules will be an added advantage.
Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work effectively as part of an integrated team in the college.

Remuneration: 15,000 – 20,000 depending on qualifications and experience
