Job Title: Full-Time Account Clerk

Location: Ma.Dhahaab, Nikagas Magu, Ground & First Floor

Company: Jiaz Maldives Pvt Ltd

Salary: MVR 12,000 per month

Job Description:

Jiaz Maldives Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Account Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate accounting practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently and accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in financial reporting.
- Maintain ledgers, records, and documentation related to financial activities.
- Prepare monthly financial reports as required.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation.
- Address inquiries from team members and management regarding financial transactions.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in accounting or finance is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

**Working Hours:** : 9 AM - 10PM, ( Saturday to Thursday )
