Supervising Guest Service Officers and Receptionists and attending to all guest needs including but not limited to, arrival and registration, information, excursion bookings, and checkout. Identifying all guests’ needs and handling their requests by dispatching other resort staff such as Housekeeping and Engineering. Overseeing the work of Guest Services Officers and Bell Attendants, and taking a lead role in selling excursions and room upgrades. Conducting welcome meetings, site inspections, and staff briefings.
