FINANCE OFFICER
Job Description:
The Finance Officer will oversee financial functions such as processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and preparing financial statements.
- Overseeing client accounts.
- Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
- Collecting and reviewing data for reports.
- Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.
- Reporting discrepancies.
- Preparing payments for employees.
- Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
Qualifications:
- A Diploma in Accounting or a minimum 3 passes in GCE A ‘Level including Accounting & Mathematics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance field.
- Competent in the use of MS. Office and Accounting software with the capacity to learn.
- Detail oriented and strong analytical skills.
