Job Profile and Responsibilities:

Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
Assist in planning advertising and promotional campaigns for banking products and services
Assist in handling social media accounts
Coordinating and assisting in various marketing events and canvassing customers
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of promotional campaigns
Assist in preparing reports on trends and statistics across digital media platforms
Assist in conducting market research on banking related aspects, evaluate current trends, brand awareness, and competition & stay up-to-date with information regarding financial services
Create marketing material such as digital ads, brochures, etc
Edit videos for promotional purposes and social media engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

GCE O-Level: Minimum 5 credits
GCE A-Level or equivalent: Minimum 2 credits / Diploma in Marketing or related field
Prior experience or degree in Marketing or related field will be an added advantage
Knowledge in designing graphics and layouts for social media, website & advertisement
Knowledge in design software such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator Canva for visual content creation
Self-motivated, versatile, and results-focused
Strong planning, organizing, and multitasking abilities
Proactive with leadership qualities, excelling in independent initiatives
Be a team player and have strong interpersonal skills

Remunerations:

Monthly salary: MVR 14,000
