At AEON, we are making the Maldives diesel-free for the benefit of its
people and the environment. We're looking for a driven and capable
professional to help lead our growing agent network, playing a critical role
in helping the Maldives adopt sustainable energy solutions.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Agent Supervision and Support: Oversee agents’ work progress,
provide training, and act as their main point of contact. Ensure agents
are supported, guided, and equipped to achieve their objectives while
maintaining smooth communication and resolving issues.

Operational Management: Coordinate logistics, monitor projects, and
handle compliance. Organize cargo transportation, ensure timely
clearance, and address challenges to meet project deadlines
efficiently.

Administrative Coordination: Manage documentation, data, and
processes for smooth operations. Oversee visas, permits, payment
processing, and team organization tasks to maintain compliance and
operational efficiency.

Reporting and Communication Track progress and ensure targets are
met through clear updates. Provide regular reports to management on
achievements, challenges, and the overall status of ongoing projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Educational/Professional Qualification: Qualified Manager or Project
Manager with at least 2 years of experience OR a Bachelor’s or higher
degree in a relevant field (e.g., project management, business
administration, HR) with 2 years of professional experience.

Exceptional Communication Skills: High-level proficiency in both
English and Dhivehi with excellent written and verbal communication
abilities. Must maintain clear and professional communication,
especially in remote and cross-functional team settings.

Organizational and Time Management Excellence: Proven ability to
manage, prioritize, and track multiple tasks and requests from various
sources with exceptional efficiency and attention to detail.

Leadership and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with prior
experience supporting senior staff or government officials. Ability to

work independently while fostering collaboration within diverse teams,
both locally and remotely.
