Customs Documentation & Clearance Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customs Documentation & Clearance Assistant.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Maldives customs broker course must be completed.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
• Previous experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or logistics will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Maldives Customs declaration forms.
• Process imports and export documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Maldives Customs and other relevant authorities as required.
• Maintain proper records of customs and shipping documents.
• Assist in customs clearance procedures and follow up on applications.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
