VTEK is a small ICT services firm providing Technology support to businesses in the Maldives.

 

Position: Client Operations & Admin Assistant

Salary: MVR 8,000 – 12,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Location: Male’, Maldives

 

Position Summary

Own day-to-day admin and customer coordination so the technical team can focus on service delivery.

Day to Day Tasks include service request triage, follow-ups, quotes/invoices, collections, vendor quotes, items delivery, reporting, and internal office/HR administration.

We Are Looking For:

• Excellent written/spoken English (Dhivehi is a plus).
• Strong organization and follow-up discipline; able to manage multiple customers and deadlines.
• Excellent Documentation Skills
• Strong negotiation, and communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, emails
• Professional and calm customer service; able to set expectations politely.
• Basic understanding of IT terms and the ability to escalate correctly (no advanced troubleshooting required).
• High integrity and confidentiality required
