Implement and maintain the international best practices and ensure the financial reporting of the Group conforms with International Reporting Standards
Drive the company’s financial planning
Perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments
Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization
Ensure the finance function works in partnership with the business to deliver key strategic objectives • Manage customer, vendor and investor relationships
Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
Comply with international and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and taking appropriate action • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and project budgets, as well as reporting for the same and ensure compliance and reporting
Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyse internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for management team
Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows
