Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations of the company.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Supervise engineering staff and contractors.
- Ensure the efficient operation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utility systems.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong technical and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in maintenance planning and management systems.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: MVR 20,000 (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
