Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an ambitious, confident, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. This is a field-facing role with real earning potential — your commission and bonus directly reflect how hard you push.
You will be responsible for growing our client base and increasing sales across resorts, hotels, cafés, restaurants, and retail outlets throughout the Maldives — representing Safe Sea and established brand - Good Seoul.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▸ Open new accounts across resorts, hotels, cafés, restaurants, and retail — this is a new business role
▸ Conduct regular field visits and build genuine relationships with procurement managers, F&B managers, and chefs
▸ Introduce and actively promote our product brands — including Good Seoul Korean food products
▸ Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
▸ Reactivate dormant and inactive accounts
▸ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets — your bonus depends on it
▸ Travel to resort islands and outer atolls as required
▸ Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, delivery, and after-sales
▸ Report sales activity, pipeline, and client feedback regularly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
▸ Fluent in English — strong written and verbal communication is essential for client-facing work across resorts and hospitality properties
▸ Self-starter who can work independently in the field without hand-holding
▸ Target-driven mindset — motivated by commission, not just a salary
▸ Presentable, professional, and well-organized
▸ Willing and able to travel inter-atoll and to resort islands
▸ Minimum 2 years of proven experience in FMCG, food distribution, hospitality sales, or a field-based B2B sales role — this is a firm requirement, not a nice-to-have
▸ Basic computer literacy — Excel, email, and ERP/order systems

Open to both Maldivian nationals and foreign nationals. Work permit assistance provided for successful foreign candidates.
