Crowe Maldives LLP is hiring one (1) Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team. You will work closely with our digital transformation team and external partners to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base. This position offers you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in business development and sales, build valuable relationships, and play a key role in achieving the teams’ key targets in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Job Description

  • Manage the overall sales process, including identifying, qualifying, and closing deals.
  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the delivery team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Drive revenue growth and actively work to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Create proposals/SOWs from templates and handle pricing/negotiation.
  • Continuously develop expertise in business development within the cybersecurity sector.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in B2B sales (technology/consulting preferred) or proven full-cycle BD track record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both Dhivehi & English.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and events.
  • Good understanding of business processes services or willingness and curiosity to learn digital transformation, automation, and software solutions.
  • Organized, number-driven, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently.

Additional Information

  • Salary negotiable based on qualification and experience.
  • Opportunities for training and development.
  • Working Hours 08:00 – 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday)
