We are looking for an experienced and visionary candidate to lead and manage the operational functions of our company. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, client satisfaction and strategic growth.

Corevia Maldives is a management services provider delivering essential functions such as HR, Finance, IT, Marketing/PR, and administrative support to group companies and external clients. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence and aligning our services with the company’s vision of being a Smart, Reliable, and Future-Ready business solutions provider.

RESPONSIBLITIES;

Lead day-to-day operations across all service areas: HR, Finance, IT, Marketing/PR, & Admin. Ensure high-quality service delivery to both internal and external clients.
Drive strategic growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
Build scalable systems and processes to support business expansion.
Maintain full compliance with Maldivian legal, tax, and labor regulations across all functions.
Support senior management in expanding Corevia’s external client base and partnerships.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in business or finance related areas.
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, general management, or shared services.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, or Admin.
Strong experience in service-based or consulting environments.
Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and cost control. Demonstrated ability to implement scalable operational systems and service delivery models.
Familiarity with digital transformation tools (e.g., cloud systems, process automation).
In-depth knowledge of compliance, confidentiality, and risk management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Flexible and able to work under pressure and long hours when required.

Remuneration: MVR 18,000 per month.
