POST: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

RESPONSIBLITIES;

  • Lead day-to-day operations across all service areas: HR, Finance, IT, Marketing/PR, & Admin.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to both internal and external clients.
  • Drive strategic growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Build scalable systems and processes to support business expansion.
  • Maintain full compliance with Maldivian legal, tax, and labor regulations across all functions.
  • Support senior management in expanding Corevia’s external client base and partnerships.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bsc. Degree in business or finance related areas.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, general management, or shared services.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, or Admin.
  • Strong experience in service-based or consulting environments.
  • Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and cost control. Demonstrated ability to implement scalable operational systems and service delivery models.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation tools (e.g., cloud systems, process automation).
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance, confidentiality, and risk management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure and long hours when required.

Remuneration: MVR 18,000 per month.
