Job Description

1.  Assist the Sales and Marketing Director in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives. 2. Manage and lead the sales and marketing team to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. 3.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. 4.  Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain customers. 5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. 7. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team. 8. Train and mentor sales and marketing staff to ensure high performance and professional growth. 9. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services. 10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive innovation in sales and marketing strategies.
