1. Assists in the overall direction and management of the Admin and Human Resource Department including managing the administrative and fiscal operations of the department. 2. Assist with drafting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, SOPs, and guidelines. 3. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) 4. Assist in preparation of HR annual budget. 5. Assist in daily HR operations including attendance, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, staff appraisal. 6. Carry out training needs assessments and coordinate staff training and development programs. 7. Ensure smooth operation of the daily administrative functions, including management of the reception, inventory, and stock. 8. Identify and address the administrative needs, maintenance, and requirements of the office. 9. Prepare the monthly attendance report. |
Carry out administrative tasks of the department including timely documentation, updating, and filing paperwork of the department.
