Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Pipe Work: Perform copper and PVC pipe installations, including the precise brazing of copper pipes.

• Ducting: Handle duct fabrication (PID / GI / SS) and complete installation.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and rectify error codes across various Air-Conditioning systems.

• Maintenance: Conduct routine and thorough servicing of MVAC systems.

• Installation & Commissioning: Install and commission both Air-Conditioning systems (inclusive of VRV, single-split, and multi-split systems) and mechanical ventilation systems.

• General Support: Undertake any other MEP engineering-related tasks as required by your Island Shapers supervisor.

Essential Criteria

• Availability: Full-time worker (8 hours per day / 6 days a week).

• Adaptability: Eagerness and ability to learn new skills and modern technologies.

• Physical Fitness: Physically fit and capable of safely performing manual labor.

• Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours based on project demands.

• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel and be stationed out of Male' for various Island Shapers resort projects.

• Communication: Able to speak and understand English clearly.

Added Advantages

• Prior hands-on experience dealing with Air Conditioning Systems.

• Possession of a Certificate Level 3 or higher in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

• Proven expertise in brazing copper pipes with a copper brazing rod.

• Confident and safe proficiency in the use of standard power tools.
