  • Preparing project team attendance daily. Monthly attendance and month-end report need be forwarded to Head Office for payroll making process.
  • Provide all administrative support which are required for project.
  • Looking after employee’s food and accommodation in project site. Also if any employee is transferring to another site these requirements must be arranged in advance.
  • Provide first aid and facilitate medical assistance in resort or Male’.
  • Attend queries and request from employees. Communicate with superiors and concerned departments to assist employees.
  • Communication; Verbal and e-mail communication whenever required.
  • Assisting Head office Human resources department with payroll processing and updating employee records.
  • Create forms for new joiner and employees who are going on leave.
  • Check the status of employees work visa and passport and notify issues to Head Office.
  • Maintain par stock of office supplies including medicines at site. Creating purchase request.
  • Maintain a healthy and safe work environment by enforcing procedures and standards and complying with legal regulations.
  • Maintain and organize project files, records, and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of project and company information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle internal and external communications professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project procedures.
