Maldives Assure Supply is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day to day office operations, assist management, coordinate schedules, and help ensure efficient workflow across the company, including support for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and record keeping.
• Assist with procurement-related documentation and follow-up with suppliers when required.
• Handle incoming/outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and internal correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, including managing the Managing Director’s appointments, calendar, and related arrangements.
• Prepare letters, reports, and other official documents.
• Maintain office supplies and support operational logistics.
• Assist HR with tasks such as employee file management and visa-related documentation.
• Assist in the management and coordination of company projects, including tracking progress, preparing updates, and supporting communication with councils, ministries, and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to management and project teams as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum O’Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital tools.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is an advantage.
